Rope Sirsasana

I love traction action by surrendering to gravity. I often do rope Sirsasana after an intense backbending session. I also do it as preparation for Pranayama… I love the way it gives access to ‘Uddiyana mannerisms’ in the abdomen. – Charles Sanderson, Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher
