Recordings of Rooted in Practice – 6 classes with Abhijata Iyengar – experience Abhijata’s dynamic teachings from anywhere and anytime! 

The collection is of the two hour classes which took place over 6 days, May 11-16, 2021.  Each day, a variety of poses were taught, alternatives given, whether one was a youngster or senior so that asanas were accessible to all.  Each day, asana, breathe awareness , philosophy with Q&A woven throughout are touched on.
