The Iyengar Yoga Centre of Victoria invites you to the annual Winter Solstice Celebration with Ty Chandler in-studio Sat Dec 20 & Sun Dec 21 from 5-7PM PT. Experience two evenings of Iyengar Yoga as we mark the end of the year, the coming of the new, and the rebirth of the light. Restore in quiet reflection with forward bends on the first night and celebrate the earth’s pause and shift towards the new year with backward extensions on night two. This workshop is a great antidote for the busyness of the holidays season.
