Unlock Your Hips, with Luci Yamamoto – Vancouver, BC

Do you have an easy “seat”? Or are your hip muscles holding you back? Hip external rotation is integral to yoga asana, including fundamental sitting poses from Sukhasana to Padmasana. In this workshop, we’ll strengthen and stretch target muscles to go deeper in hip-opening poses—while safeguarding your knees and ankles. If you hold tension in your hips, this workshop is for you!
Participants should have approximately one year of yoga experience and no major injuries.
