The Path to Wise Action in Asana Practice with Ann Kilbertus-ONLINE

In celebration of Kelowna Yoga House’s 20th anniversary we are hosting a series of monthly online mini-workshops from January to June 2022. We are inviting previous workshop teachers to once again share their wisdom with us. Join Ann Kilbertus, Level 3 teacher to explore the practice of yoga as a living philosophy. The students will be guided through an experience of sensing, perceiving and acting from a firm foundation in all categories of asana practice.

Prerequisite: participants should understand how to set up for and be in Salamba Sarvangasana or an alternative pose
