Sunday Sadhana

10am to 12 noon PDT on the last Sunday of the month.

Long before the Iyengar Yoga Centre of Victoria had a dedicated space (or even a name), a group of people would gather regularly to practice together, often at Shirley and Derek’s home in Metchosin, BC. It is from these group practices that the Iyengar Yoga Centre of Victoria, as we know it today, flourished.

Although we are unable to meet as a group at the moment, we ARE able to evolve as a community of practitioners from the comfort of our homes, through the *magic* of Zoom.

The goal is to meet at least once a month to practice together, and to see what evolves from this practice.  If you are a Level 2, Intermediate, or Advanced student, please join us!
