Saturday Workshop at The Yoga Space

This 2-½ hour workshop will carefully prepare the body for bending backwards. When the chest is open and the spine is free the mind is alert. Backbends are rejuvenating—they give vitality, energy and courage to the practitioner. No need to have anxiety, learn the skills required to progress safely towards lightness.
Appropriate for dedicated students with prior yoga experience and no major shoulder injuries. Supports may be provided to reveal the gifts of backward extension.
