Join Lisa Towson for a week of practice, inward study and chosen adventures. Held in the quiet fishing village of Aliki on the island of Paros, the Roots Of Light Retreat follows the myth of Persephone over 6 days of practice. Morning asana will awaken and refine, while afternoon pranayama will restore and balance. Our retreat location, the private and quiet Panorama Hotel, houses the studio as well, complete with props.
