Pose and Repose

This 5 day daily practice will give students an opportunity to focus on developing a deeper understanding of the works of B.K.S. Iyengar. A holistic approach with pranayama and philosophy woven into the daily structure will provide an enriching experience. The workshop starts at 9:00 am each morning and goes till 1:00 pm. There will be a short break in the morning after pranayama. There is a complimentary lunch on Monday so students can meet and mingle off the mat. All afternoons are free to explore the many beautiful beaches or to rest in a quiet setting by the sea.
