$52.50 – $68.25Living in De-light Series: Kelowna Yoga House is celebrating 20 years of offering Iyengar yoga. Join us in a series of monthly online or in-studio mini-workshops from January to June 2022, taught by previous visiting workshop teachers.
May workshop is with Marlene Miller, Level 3 teacher, called Balance: Evenness is Harmony. In this workshop we will explore movement to and from balance. “One has to find the median line of each asana so that energy is properly distributed. This is how dynamic extension and expansion allow you to find balance and live more fully in the present through your body.” BKS Iyengar
This is an all levels workshop open to everyone. A recording is available for one week after the workshop for all participants.
