Jawahar has studied yoga under Yogacharya BKS Iyengar’s guidance for more than 30 years and accompanied him on many of his workshops around the world. Jawahar runs two centres in Mumbai, India and has travelled the world giving workshops. He is a trustee of the Light on Yoga Research Trust. He generously shares his insights into the subject of yoga, and during this time, it will be through our online access to classes at Yoga Centre London.

Friday February 19, Saturday 20, Sunday 21, 2021; 7:30-10am EST each day plus 1 hour Q & A Saturday or Sunday TBD
