Going Deeper is a monthly 2.5 hour group practice for students who already do yoga regularly and who are interested in exploring the effect of practice more deeply. Practitioners need to be familiar enough with asana that they can make wise adaptations for themselves. There will be less focus on instruction while practicing and more on exploration. Louie Ettling will continue to lead this practice.

Classes are held on Friday, from 2:00 – 4:30 pm.
Please note that there are no sessions during the months of July and December.
