Going Deeper is a monthly 2.5-hour group practice for practitioners who already do yoga regularly and who are interested in exploring the effect of practice more deeply. Students need to be familiar enough with asana that they can make wise adaptations for themselves. There will be less focus on instruction while practicing and more on exploration. To participate in this class, your camera must be kept on.
