Going Deeper, with Louie Ettling – Vancouver, BC

Going Deeper is a monthly 2-hour class for students who are registered in weekly Iyengar yoga classes and who are interested in exploring the practice more deeply. Students need to be stable in headstand (at the wall is fine) and shoulder stand (an adapted shoulder stand is also fine).
