Garth offers his years of experience steeped in compassionate exploration and incorporating a creative, adaptive approach to encourage, elevate and empower students of all levels of ability with and without physical challenges to go beyond any perceived limitations of the body and mind. Garth’s goal is to help provide all practitioners with tangible, practical tools to further enhance your health. Prerequisite: 9 months Iyengar Yoga experience.

Garth has been a dedicated practitioner for over 30 years (starting immediately after his multiple sclerosis diagnosis in 1996). He specializes in managing neurological conditions, and wrote ‘Yoga and Multiple Sclerosis.’ He is a Level 3 Sr. Certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, and a certified Yoga Therapist.
