Welcome in 2022 with the compassion of Fr Joe Iyengar Yoga. It’s another year demanding fortitude, patience, and resilience. Our yoga cultivates the equanimity required for these times. Fr Joe reminds us to be compassionate to ourselves as well as others.
Fr Joe Periera is a senior Iyengar yoga teacher and at 79 this year he is our beloved inspiration and guiding grace in our relationship with a long lineage. From Krishnamacharya, through BKS Iyengar, and now through Fr Joe, the light of yoga shines. Fr Joe has called BKS Iyengar his right hand and Mother Teresa his left, mentored by both he brings us his unique heart-centered teaching.
This workshop covers three days and includes Asana, Restorative, Pranayama
