$63.00 – $78.75Kelowna Yoga House is excited to offer a series of monthly online mini-workshops to celebrate our 20th anniversary as an Iyengar yoga centre in Kelowna. In February our very own teacher Krisna Zawaduk, Level 3, will offer a 3 hour workshop on Urdhva Dhanurasana. Achieving the full pose is not a requirement for the workshop, but no shoulder or back injuries please and not suitable during menses. Minimum 1 year Iyengar Yoga experience.
