Find Your Balance: A Workshop with Tracy Scott Cooper

Every action of the body changes in our centre of gravity and each yoga posture has its own centre of gravity. Research has shown that balancing exercises nourish the brain and may improve cognitive function.
Explore balancing postures to experience the dynamics of balance and the various directional actions required for stabilization and extension. Experiment, strengthen your stabilizing muscles and develop focus and concentration. Open to students of all levels
