Train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony through static and dynamic poses. Learn how Iyengar yoga can create strength, softness and space to bring health to your pelvic floor, abdomen and lower back, while promoting a healthy alignment of the spine. Let’s get centered!
Beginners and experienced students / teachers are welcome.
Includes a recording of the session (available for 5 days) and a sequence handout for home practice.
