Train the muscles in your pelvis, lower back, hips and abdomen to work in harmony through static and dynamic poses. Learn how Iyengar yoga can create strength, softness and space to bring health to your pelvic floor, abdomen and lower back, while promoting a healthy alignment of the spine. Let’s get centered! Beginners welcome and modifications will be given.
