Body, Breath and Self: A pranayama course with Jawahar Bangera

A rare opportunity to study with a world-renowned senior Iyengar yoga teacher and a close disciple of BKS Iyengar over multiple sessions. This course will be a practical exploration into pranayama techniques. Each session will begin with asanas that lay the groundwork for deep, inward practice.
