The 2022 IYAC/ACYI Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will convene online, Sunday October 23 from 1400-1600 hrs. EST. We encourage all members to attend, ask questions, and vote.
Please make sure that you are logged in, then click here to register for the 2022 IYAC/ACYI AGM. After you register, you will receive an email from Zoom with your unique link to join the AGM.
The Board works in the best interests of IYAC/ACYI and seeks the membership’s views and input on all the matters to be decided at the AGM. Any Member who is not able to attend the AGM, and who wishes to cast an advance proxy vote for any resolution, should contact Jane Kruse at jane.kruse@me.com
All business conducted at the AGM is considered Special Business except the consideration of the Financial Statements and the Election of Directors. The Board is required to state the nature of any Special Business in sufficient detail to permit a member to form a reasoned judgement on that business.
To access the various AGM documents, log in to your account on the IYAC/ACYI website at www.iyengaryogacanada.com and look in the Members’ Section, under the Documents tab, for the list of AGM documents in the category “2022 AGM”. Links to the documents were also provided in the ‘Notice of AGM’ email sent to all members on September 30.
