A five day rural retreat with Louie Ettling

This all-inclusive retreat is open to students currently studying with a certified Iyengar Yoga teacher. During the five days we will do a total of 24 hours of pranayama and asana. We begin on a Thursday evening and end on Monday mid-day. On the Friday, Saturday and Sunday we will be doing six hours of yoga (pranayama and asana) each day. The basic cost is for food and yoga. The accommodation cost depends on which rooms are still  available at time of registration.  There are single room and shared room options, as well as off-site possibilities.
