Corine Biria’s journey into yoga began in 1981 when she embarked on the path of Iyengar Yoga, ultimately studying under the tutelage of the legendary B.K.S. Iyengar in Pune, India. Over the years, she has not only mastered the intricacies of the practice but also shared her wisdom globally, training scores of teachers and authoring insightful articles on yoga.

Her book, “Tales and Legends of Sages in Light on Yoga,” serves as a bridge between yoga and Indian mythology, showcasing her deep cultural understanding. Corine’s choreographed demonstrations, some of which received approval from B.K.S. Iyengar himself, stand as testament to her profound grasp of the practice. Through her teaching, she encourages students to internalize the essence of yoga while staying true to themselves.

With her global teacher training courses, Corine continues to spread the light of yoga, enriching communities around the world with her knowledge and experience.

Professeur et praticienne de yoga Iyengar

Le voyage de Corine Biria dans le yoga a commencé en 1981 lorsqu’elle s’est engagée sur la voie du yoga Iyengar, étudiant finalement sous la tutelle du légendaire B.K.S. Iyengar à Pune, en Inde.
