You agree to keep any confidential information obtained from or on behalf of IYAC/ACYI (IYAC/ACYI Confidential Information) in strict confidence.  (initial) . This means that you agree not to reveal, report, publish, disclose, transfer or use, directly or indirectly, for any purposes whatsoever, any IYAC/ACYI Confidential Information, except if the IYAC/ACYI Board provides you with explicit prior written permission.  This obligation of confidentiality commences on your first day of receipt of the IYAC/ACYI Confidential Information and continues as long as the IYAC/ACYI Confidential Information remains, in IYAC/ACYI’s sole and exclusive discretion, as IYAC/ACYI Confidential Information.
