An ‘inner-active’ session (part 2) – Abhijata at RIMYI’s 51st Annual Day

During the recent celebrations marking the 107th birth anniversary of B.K.S. Iyengar, his granddaughter, Abhijata, a noted teacher in her own right, discussed the Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali in the modern-day context of the smartphone. She promised us there would be a second ‘inner-active’ session to continue this discussion.

That second session took place during the 51st Annual Day celebrations at RIMYI. The Annual Day marks the anniversary of the inauguration of the Institute.
