Adho Mukha Svanasana with feet on blocks

I chose this variation of Adho Mukha Svanasana using blocks to raise my heels and help lift my hips. I feel it opens up the backs of my legs and also provides me with a sense of grounding. Then, because I have long arms compared to the length of my torso, I also like to raise my feet completely onto the blocks. This helps me to maximize the extension of my torso while continuing to keep my hips lifted. This presentation also seems to more strongly engage my quadriceps and open the backs of my legs.
